Many Landlords enjoy the benefits of the Section 8 Program. They include:
  1. Monthly Payment from the Washington County Housing Authority for the difference in the Tenant's ability to pay and the Scheduled Rent

  2. Scheduled Annual Inspections so that problems with the property are identified before the worsen, and

  3. An ability to raise the Rent annually without having an adverse effect on the Tenant's ability to pay Rent.
